Generous Pay Packages
All new employees will begin with a basic salary of 54 cents per mile. Our new road warrior bundle is available for as little as 61 cents per mile. You may also take advantage of our safety bonuses, clean inspection bonuses, referral bonuses, and other incentives to boost your pay.
Guaranteed Miles
We guarantee our drivers 2500 miles each week. This guarantees that you will earn at least $1,350 (option 1) or $1,525 (option 2) each week. We’ll pay you the difference even if you drive less.
Medical Benefits
All full-time workers and their qualifying families are eligible for medical, dental, and life insurance coverage. After 60 days, the employee’s coverage becomes effective on the first of the month.
